Returns , refunds and cancellations
You can cancel you order within 24 hours of placing the order. We will deduct payment gateway charge and refund remaining amount to you.
if your pincode is not serviceable and your order is placed on our website then in such case we will cancel your order.
If you receive damaged item then notiify us within 3 days of delivery. For replacement you have to send damaged product pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide replacement immediately to you if it seems genuine, if images looks fake then our executive can ask for more images.
If by chance you receive a wrong item then we will replace it free of cost for you.
If product no longer needed then you will bear courier charges, handling charges and payment gateway charges. and item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. more deductions if item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product,if there is no pickup facility by our courier partners then you should mail your product to: 1899/17, street no.10, rajiv nagar, gurugram(Gurgaon)-122001, Haryana.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable only in case of replacements.
